Everyday Heroism – A workshop on everyday moments of courage

Within the framework of the exhibition, short films on the subject of “courage” are being shot with the visitors in the course of a 3 days workshop-weekend. Therefore, personally experienced stories of everyday heroism should mingle with re-enacted scenes of courage from well-known movies in a playful way. The area of the KUNST HAUS WIEN and a rudimentary collection of everyday objects serve as the film set.
During the entire process, participants take over the film direction. Members of POF collective are always available as the film team and at hand with professional advice, ready for consultation and execution. The project aims to capture and reinforce moments of “everyday heroism”, to inspire courageous acts and highlight people who already live up to courage in our society.
