On the occasion of International Women's Day, KUNST HAUS WIEN invites all visitors to visit the exhibitions with free admission and a voluntary donation.
Fundraising campaign for JUVIVO.21
The donations will benefit the Viennese project JUVIVO.21, which works to strengthen the self-confidence of girls and women from socially disadvantaged social structures.
Feminists in front of the camera!
On the occasion of International Women's Day on 8 March 2021, KUNST HAUS WIEN is showing the photo project feminist. The portrayed feminists are all loosely or closely connected to KUNST HAUS WIEN and believe that equality for all people is a self-evident goal for society as a whole. Artist Elsa Okazaki photographed Cornelis van Almsick (gallery owner), Andreas Bitesnich (photographer), Josef Haslinger (author), Daniel Kalt (editor-in-chief), Norbert Kettner (tourism director), Herwig Turk (artist), Thomas Zelenka (beekeeper), among others. On International Women's Day, the portraits will be published on the digital communication channels of KUNST HAUS WIEN. feminist project initiator is the artist Andrea Juneková, who has implemented a photo series of the same name in Bratislava in 2019.

Feminist - Photo Shoot at KUNST HAUS WIEN from 14:00-18:00
All visitors can visit the exhibitions of KUNST HAUS WIEN on International Women's Day, Monday, 8 March, with free admission and a voluntary donation. Furthermore, T-shirts with the imprint "feminist" can also be purchased on site for a donation. The money will go to the JUVIVO.21 project, which works to strengthen the self-confidence of girls and women from socially disadvantaged structures.
