In a time of mediocrity, aesthetic emptiness and the soullessness of the prefabricated, he sought to fulfil people's hidden longing for diversity and beauty in harmony with nature. Art should not be limited by a framework and an artist's work should have an impact on all areas of life, be it fashion or everyday life via everyday objects.
He therefore repeatedly created objects of daily use for various areas of everyday life, whereby he studied the available medium and the corresponding technique in detail for each design. His work in this area includes stamps, flags, number plates, the design of numerous posters - often as part of ecological protests and campaigns - as well as the design of several books, including a Brockhaus and a Bible edition.
