Noodle Factory is an interactive workshop that transforms the act of noodle-making into an exploration of labor and collaboration
Participants take on roles in a simulated production line, reimagining the division of labor and reflecting on the time, rhythm, and human touch behind every step of the process. In this workshop, we’ll question: How many hands shape the dough before it becomes a meal? Through this shared experience, we invite participants to rethink the connections between creation and consumption.
